Banana Pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
8 oz. container Cool Whip
Bananas
Vanilla wafers
Mix vanilla pudding as instructed on package in overly large bowl.
Add Eagle brand milk and continue stirring. Fold in Cool Whip until
well blended (pudding will be thick). Layer with bananas and vanilla
wafers.
Banana Split Shortcakes
Makes 9 servings
2 1/3 cups Bisquick® Original baking mix
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 pint vanilla or chocolate ice cream
1 package (10 ounce) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping
1/3 cup chocolate fudge topping, heated
Heat oven to 425°. Stir baking mix, milk, sugar and margarine until
soft dough forms. Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes.
Fill and top with ice cream, strawberries, bananas, whipped topping
and fudge topping. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 450°.
Decrease sugar to 1 Tbsp.

After the coals from a campfire are glowing red, take a piece of
foil and put together the following ingredients - to be enclosed in
the foil and cooked on the coals: 1 banana in the peel - split
lengthwise. Cut the banana (inside) in chunks - leaving it in the
peeling. Sprinkle with chocolate chops and miniature marshmallows -
wrap up securely in foil and roast.
